After returning two sub-standard Fellowes-brand shredders, and simply throwing out a third (one piece of junk after another--Fellowes should be embarassed), I am delighted with this machine. It works smoothly, quietly, quickly. It has jammed once in four months. Plenty of capacity, easy to clean. It's just great.
The single down side is that the shredder cuts in long straight strips, so this is not the machine if you're worried about anyone reconstructing confidential documents. Cross-cutting is probably a better idea.
Let me add that the seller, Office Quarters, is very nice and easy to deal with.
